Charter a Train
The Hoosier Valley Railroad Museum offers chartered train service for bus tours, business meetings, church groups, reunions, school field trips, and other special events. Our chartered trains are available even during the week, outside of normal business hours.
Chartered trains are available during our normal operating season of May through September only and are subject to volunteer availability. A minimum 45 day lead-time is required for all charter train requests.
Coming soon (2027)- Railfans and photographers may wish to take advantage of our special photo freight charters. These trains feature some of our vintage freight equipment and are customizable to suit a variety of historical eras.
